Are you looking to kick-start your career in media at a dynamic agency in Sydney's CBD?

We are a marketing consultancy for the property industry who treat our client's business like it's our own. As Campaign Coordinator, you'll be supporting our fabulous team in executing commercial property campaigns for our clients.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate or junior looking to learn from a highly skilled team and build up your agency account management skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in all aspects of campaign execution, including quote requests, media bookings, artwork changes, dispatch to publishers and signage suppliers, and assist in finance queries
  • Champion our customer service by triaging and responding to a high volume of client queries via our email ticketing platform, Zendesk
  • Learn our campaign management software and ensure all actions are completed each day
  • Collaborate with our internal performance team and learn about Google, Meta and LinkedIn advertising platforms
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, supplier partners and internal team members

  • Has a history of building strong relationships
  • Must be a strong and confident communicator
