About the Role

Are you passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to live their best lives? Maverick Supports is seeking dedicated and experienced NDIS Support Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you'll provide individualised, non-clinical support to participants, helping them navigate and make the most of their NDIS plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and key stakeholders including service providers and the NDIS.

  • Use varied communication methods suited to individual client needs (e.g. face-to-face, phone, video, email, home visits).

  • Actively support clients in making informed service decisions, linking with providers, addressing barriers, and resolving service delivery issues.

  • Help clients understand and navigate NDIS service options and funding flexibility.

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records, progress notes, billing records, and other client documentation.

  • Prepare reports, referral letters, and service statistics as required.

  • Hybrid role - one day a week in Mount Annan, otherwise from home.

About You

  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities, specifically person-centred care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A reliable, proactive, and empathetic approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability, including potential weekend or evening shifts.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in psychosocial disability services.
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience using Flowlogic (preferred but not essential)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check (if applicable).
