MARKETING & SHOWROOM CO-ORDINATOR

Overview Location: Sydney Showroom, Woollahra Reports to: Managing Director

The Marketing and Showroom co-ordinator is a dual-focused role that blends hands-on marketing support with front-of-house showroom responsibilities. This position plays a key part in executing Boyac's brand and marketing content initiatives across all touchpoints, while also serving as the first point of contact for clients visiting the showroom.

On the marketing side, the role supports the planning, creation, and scheduling of content, assists with showroom merchandising and displays, and coordinates photography and promotional requests. Working closely with the Managing Director & Creative Director and national sales team, the assistant ensures brand consistency, clarity, and creativity across all communications and physical spaces.

In the showroom, this role is detail-oriented and client-facing - responsible for maintaining presentation standards, assisting with product displays, supporting walk-in customers, and providing backup to the sales team during client meetings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Marketing Strategy and Execution

●      Develop and manage a comprehensive schedule for all marketing initiatives aligned with the overarching marketing plan.

●      Collaborate with the Directors to produce monthly blog posts, Instagram content, and LinkedIn updates.

●      Assist in executing content calendars, scheduling posts, and supporting digital marketing efforts across platforms.

●      Produce in-house EDMs to communicate new product collections and key announcements.

●      Create digital and printed invitations for events, launches, or promotional campaigns.

●      Coordinate photography and other brand content requirements as needed.

●      Contribute to the development of a detailed marketing plan, including visual merchandising (VM) initiatives.

●      Ensure a strong understanding of the Boyac brand, tone of voice, and strategic direction.

Social Media and Community Engagement

●      Grow and manage the Boyac Instagram platform, including active community engagement (e.g. liking, following, and interacting with relevant clients and suppliers).

●      Monitor performance and support audience growth in alignment with brand positioning.

Showroom Presentation and Visual Merchandising

●      Execute visually compelling showroom displays.

●      Maintain showroom cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards at all times.

Client Experience and Sales Support

●      Greet and assist walk-in clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

●      Assist with sample coordination and setup for client sales presentations.

General Administration

●      Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as required.
