The Attic Group is the market leader in attic conversions and storage solutions across Australia. Presently we are experiencing a growth in our Attic Living Division and we have a position available for a construction administrator/co-ordinator.

As an already experienced administrator you will join our team's Mascot office.

Your primary focus will be to support our sales people in the delivery of multiple concurrent projects as efficiently and as effectively as possible.

Your key areas of work will be:

  • Job Cost Audit
  • Contract Administration
  • Quotes processing
  • Variations tracking and billing
  • Client relations and correspondence
  • Site Documentation and Setup Support (plans and version control, OH&S, build permits, council requirements, supplies, etc)
  • Process improvements and documentation.
  • Administration support as required.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Excel & Office Suite and associated software
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Handling of sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Working independently with initiative
  • Previous customer communication skills

Experience in the construction industry is not essential, however would be advantageous.

What is essential is previous general administration experience, proficiency in MS Excel/Office Suite and initiative.
