About This Position
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Marketing & Sales Admin Co-Ordinator in the marketing and Sales department in the company. The successful candidate can expect competitive annual salary package upon completion of probationary period and upon achieving sufficient level of work competency and key performance indicators.
Below is work scope and key requirement of the role.
Role Description:
- Organize and manage company-sponsored education and promotion meetings.
- Organize and co-ordinate company exhibition and events at medical association-organized medical conferences and seminars.
- Manage overseas and local medical professionals credentialing at hospitals
- Manage and support exhibitions and displays of product at meetings and conferences
- Manage bookings of venue, flights, accommodations, transfers, AV necessary for success of events
- On-site support of key events
- Organize and manage promotion materials such as simulators, models, touch samples, brochures, exhibits and equipment
- Co-ordinate submission of hospitals tenders and contracts including attending relevant meetings, assisting with preparation of submissions, reporting and audits, and data review
- Manage sales team work travel and materials
- Preparation of periodic Tender & In-market Sales report.
- Support MDIR as required
- Support ISO Audit of marketing
Skill & Experience
- Experienced in marketing event project organization
- Bachelor Degree qualification
- Good time management skill in fast-paced organization.
- Organized
- Strong knowledge and skills in MS Office Suite
- IT Savvy
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and prompt in responding to requirements.
- Can work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
The candidate with be based in The Chipping Norton office. This position will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and The A CEO
