With a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and craftsmanship, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Co-ordinator to support our global marketing efforts and bring creative ideas to life across digital platforms, content, and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Ideate, create, format, and post engaging content (stills and video) across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google (Google & YouTube); Redbook is a plus.
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and reporting, optimising performance of each platform.
- Own the social content calendar with the Founder / CEO.
- Execute campaigns to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, from content creation to posting (Klaviyo experience ideal but not essential).
- Build, update, and segment customer databases.
- Manage automated flows and optimise performance based on key metrics.
- Report and align email strategy with the Founder / CEO.
- Own the monthly process for refreshing assets and content across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Redbook.
- Act as the key liaison with the external digital agency for campaign asset delivery.
- Ensure product catalogues are accurate and up-to-date, creating inventory edits when required.
- Support the Founder / CEO in planning and executing photo shoots.
- Prepare call sheets and organise photographers, models, stylists, and other crew.
- Manage logistics and ensure shoot lists are clear and distributed in advance.
- Plan, execute, and actively sell during brand sales events.
- Ensure product stock, descriptions, and pricing remain accurate at all times.
- Create and upload new SKUs on Shopify.
- Crop, optimise, and visually merchandise product images across PLPs.
- Ensure Alt Text, Meta text, and indexing are complete before products go live.
- Work with the Inventory Manager and Founder to ensure the online experience is optimised.
- Write ad-hoc blog content as needed to support brand storytelling and SEO.
- Assist with reporting across ecommerce and marketing performance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing, digital, or ecommerce roles (luxury, fashion, or jewellery experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation (photo, video, editing).
- Proficiency in Shopify, Canva/Adobe Suite, and Klaviyo (preferred, but not required).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for fashion, luxury, and digital innovation.
