Clinical Quality Education Co-ordinator

That's why we are looking for a Clinical Quality Education Co-ordinator to support our homes across New South Wales. We need a dedicated and innovative individual to play a pivotal role in supporting our teams to uphold high standards of quality, safety and clinical care.

Reporting into our Head of Governance and Risk, the role is based in our Aeralife Home in Botany* and will involve regular visits to our Aeralife Homes across NSW.

*There is scope for the role to be based in an alternative Aeralife home.

In this role you will:

  • Support Residence Managers, Clinical Care Managers and care teams across Aeralife homes to uphold high standards of quality, safety, and clinical care

  • Ensure systems and practices are person-centred, compliant with the Strengthened Aged Care Standards, and informed by contemporary clinical evidence.

  • Work in partnership with facility-based leaders to strengthen clinical governance, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that residents retain choice, control, and dignity in all aspects of their care.

  • Work with Aeralife homes across NSW and act as a supportive role, providing mentoring to staff when required.

  • Work with leadership roles within Aeralife to ensure ongoing compliance, safety, and resident satisfaction with care and services.

What you Bring to the Role:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

  • Relevant experience in Residential Aged Care with a strong focus on Quality & Compliance for a minimum of three years.

  • Current NDIS Workers screening Check

  • Proven ability to implement quality management systems.

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with audit tools and reporting formats.

  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Strong team collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills.

  • Current knowledge of Aged Care Act, OHS, and regulatory compliance issues.

  • Experience with preparing detailed quality reports for Clinical Governance.

  • Driver's License and ability to travel.

Desirable:

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.

  • Registration with Quality professional bodies.

  • Relevant postgraduate qualification.

  • Leadership/training qualification.
