The Role

We're on the hunt for an Office Manager who will be the heartbeat of our Sydney HQ, the person who keeps everything running seamlessly, lifts the vibe, and makes sure our people have the best possible environment to thrive.

This is a role for someone who loves being the go-to problem solver: one moment you're coordinating a Town Hall, the next you're working with vendors, managing budgets, or supporting our Directors with critical tasks. No two days will look the same, and that's exactly what makes it exciting.

What You'll Own
  • Workplace & Facilities: Create a smooth, professional, and welcoming office experience—from meeting room readiness to reception, access cards, landlord liaison, and everything in between.
  • Vendors, Insurance & OPEX: Negotiate, renew, and manage vendors. Own the office OPEX budget, invoices, and cost-saving initiatives. Keep insurance registers watertight.
  • WHS, Security & Risk: Drive safety and compliance—WHS plans, fire wardens, drills, access security, and risk management.
  • People Ops & Records: Work with HR/IT to deliver seamless onboarding/offboarding. Keep assets, licences, and subscriptions up to date and under control.
  • Events & Culture: Run unforgettable internal events (Christmas parties, offsites, Melbourne Cup, Town Halls) and support external conferences and trade shows.
  • Corporate Planning & Exec Support: Build KPI dashboards, support OPEX forecasting, and provide confidential, efficient executive support (expenses, fleet, and travel).
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or facilities coordination.
  • A natural organiser who thrives on juggling tasks and keeping things moving.
  • Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, and executives.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting/budgeting knowledge.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive "I'll take care of it" attitude.
  • Self-motivated and independent, but also team-focused and collaborative.
  • Bonus points if you know the renewable energy/solar space (but not essential).
