Are you an experienced Office Manager with strong people and process management skills?

As the exclusive media partner for JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys, we're now expanding into the construction sector, launching new marketing programs aimed at senior industry decision-makers.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the smooth running of our sales and editorial functions.

You'll work directly with our CEO and Sales Director, and liaise with external accountants and outsourced payroll providers. Experience with Xero is a strong advantage.

This role suits someone who is proactive, reliable, and skilled at balancing financial management, administration, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations using Xero
  • Liaise with global brand clients on finance-related queries
  • Coordinate end-of-month and end-of-year reporting with external accountants
  • Oversee payroll coordination and onboarding with outsourced providers
  • Maintain accurate financial and contract records
  • Manage CRM and project systems (Asana, PipeDrive)
  • Prepare and manage contract agreements via DocuSign
  • Support leadership and teams with administrative and process improvement initiatives
  • Oversee general office operations, supplies, and equipment
  • Manage the office lease and assist the CEO with related negotiations

About You

  • You're a confident, experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll bring:
  • Proven experience in office management, finance, or bookkeeping
  • Strong accounting and financial reporting understanding
  • Excellent CRM, Excel, and administration skills
  • Great attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in media, marketing, or a creative business (or a willingness to learn)
