North Sydney, Australia LCA SUPPORT OFFICE Full time

As **Ecommerce & CRM Manager, **you will manage the Laser Clinics and Skinstitut websites and CRM platforms to drive engagement and retention, based at our centrally located office in **North Sydney.**

**What you'll do**:

- ** eCommerce**:Drive impactful eCommerce strategies that boost traffic, conversions, and user experience. Lead high-impact campaigns and promotions, using data-driven insights to maximise brand presence and hit performance KPI
- ** SEO and SEM**:Manage SEO/SEM plans with agency partners, keeping campaigns sharp and ROI-focused (including keyword optimisation, ad testing, and trend analysis)
- ** CRM Marketing Strategy**:Roll out personalised CRM strategies across the Group, delivering memorable customer journeys across all digital and in-clinic channels
- ** Project and Stakeholder Management**:Align, collaborate, and energise cross-functional teams to bring eCommerce and CRM initiatives to life, creating standout consumer experiences
- ** Budget Management**:Forecast and manage marketing budgets with precision, including accurate processing of all marketing invoices

**We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have**:

- 5+ years in B2C eCommerce and CRM marketing, ideally in beauty, FMCG, or retail
- Skilled in data analysis, with proven ability to identify target audiences, boost sales, and drive conversion
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify), CDP/CRM systems (e.g., Insider, Klaviyo), and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with best practices in retail eCommerce and CRM strategies, with a focus on SEO/SEM and performance marketing
- Experienced in both creative digital marketing (e.g., EDM, Campaigns) and performance optimisation
- Confident in influencing and networking, able to communicate effectively to meet KPIs and ROI
- Strong leadership, consulting, and organisational skills; able to align teams around eCommerce and CRM initiatives
