The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced
Senior Manager, Integration Office
for a
12 Month Max-term contract
to play a pivotal role in the acquisition of TPG's Enterprise, Government, and Wholesale Fixed business. This role will be instrumental in seamlessly integrating these operations into Vocus, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence.

Partnering closely with the General Manager, Integration Office, you'll provide high-level strategic support, expert guidance, and hands-on project management to drive the success of the integration program. You'll help establish operating rhythms, define project guardrails, and lead the execution of key initiatives to meet critical milestones.

As a strategic leader within the Technology & Security team, you'll collaborate across internal stakeholders to bring business strategies to life and ensure a smooth transition. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our North Sydney or Melbourne office.

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-day
As the Integration Senior Manager, your role will evolve with your growth and the needs of the business. Core responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the GM Integration Office and project leads to drive and execute the integration strategy.
  • Providing expert advice and strategic leadership to guide decision-making and integration activities.
  • Facilitating stakeholder workshops, feedback sessions, and regular updates to ensure engagement and alignment.
  • Supporting the preparation of board papers, executive presentations, and materials for integration discussions.
  • Leading project management activities, including defining timelines, deliverables, and tracking progress.
  • Establishing and maintaining operating rhythms that foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Designing and implementing guardrails and frameworks for structured, efficient execution of workstreams.
  • Identifying risks and developing proactive mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.
  • Promoting a high-performance culture by offering strategic guidance and actionable plans to teams and stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years' experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting roles.
  • Demonstrated success in strategy development and execution, particularly in M&A or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong consulting background with expertise in strategic advisory, operational planning, and project delivery.
  • Advanced project management skills, with a track record of driving accountability and meeting milestones.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior executives.
  • Experience in designing governance structures, operating models, or frameworks to enhance delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
