Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team at our Macquarie Park office. This is a full-time position with responsibilities focused on leasing residential properties and supporting the PropertyManagement team through professional and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conducting property inspections (open homes and private viewings)


• Handling rental enquiries and managing the tenant application process


• Preparing and coordinating lease signings


• Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine property inspections


• Preparing routine inspection reports to support Property Managers


• Ensuring seamless communication and handover with the Property Management team

The Ideal Candidate


• Holds a current Certificate of Registration (COR) in Real Estate


• Has a valid driver's licence and own vehicle


• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Is proactive, well-organised, and detail-focused


• Can work Saturdays as part of the inspection schedule


• Has valid Australian work rights (Citizen, PR, or valid visa)

Salary Package

$60,000 - $ 70,000 Annual Salary Package Inclusive Superannuation
