A fantastic opportunity exists to join an established, modern & friendly team of professionals in Deer Park. You will be working alongside a team of experienced, vibrant, professional and capable staff, all with solid real estate experience, progress your career and join this premium brand.

The Role:

· Portfolio located in Deer Park

· Tenant and landlord liaison

· Arrears

· VCAT representation

· Training will be provided for VCAT representation procedures

· Business development

· Lease renewals and rent reviews

· Maintenance Requests

· New lease agreements

· Routine Inspections

Skills/Qualifications:

· Passionate about a long-term career in the property management sector

· Immaculately presented and confident character

· Experience Assisting/Managing a residential portfolio

· Minimum 1-2 years of property management experience required

· Have the proven ability managing a residential portfolio-

· Up to date Agent Rep & Valid driver's license

· Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with valid work rights
