**Property Manager Wanted - Join Our Clients Vibrant Team**
Are you a dynamic and friendly Property Manager with 2-3 years of experience? Looking to join a lively office environment where chatter and banter are part of the daily routine?

Our clients are a vibrant and social team dedicated to providing exceptional property management services. Their office culture is upbeat, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in this type of environment. This role offers a flexible work setup with one day of work from home once you're established in the role and ample support to effectively manage your portfolio.

**The Role**:

- **Portfolio Size**: Manage 120-160 properties, with the exact number depending on your experience.
- **Software**: Property Tree and Inspection Express.
- **Local Portfolio**: Work with properties in the local area.
- **Compensation**: $80,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation, with an annual KPI bonus of $2,000.
- **Support**: Benefit from VA support for all admin tasks and routine support. If there’s any overflow in leasing, a Property Manager may be needed, with additional compensation for this work.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of Property Management experience.
- Friendly, social, and a team player who enjoys a lively work environment.
- Own car is essential.
- Experience with Property Tree and Inspection Express is a plus.
- Current Real Estate Certificate is a must

**We’re Hiring Two Property Managers**:

- One position to cover maternity leave which will continue in a full time perm capacity.
- Another to join this growing team to help with PM relief.
