Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Shape the Future of Talent at SunRice

We're looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders, drive recruitment strategy, and build a high-performance talent pipeline. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with genuine career progression

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and levels
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions
  • Enhance our employer brand in partnership with Marketing & Communications
  • Contribute to a high-performing TA culture

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' recruitment experience, ideally in-house within FMCG
  • Proven success recruiting across corporate and operational roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for sourcing passive talent
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
