About The Role

We're offering a unique, high‑impact opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to partner with our senior leaders, align hiring practices and support our ambitious growth plans. You are a seasoned professional with strong business acumen, excellent communications skills and a proven track record in successfully aligning corporate roles with exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent for corporate roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates, leveraging proactive sourcing techniques, including networking events, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Contribute to building a high-performance talent acquisition team.
  • Collaborate with the Head of OD, Marketing and Communications, to enhance the company's employer brand, ensuring messaging resonates with target candidates and aligns with our values and mission.
About You
  • A seasoned talent acquisition professional with 5+ years recruitment experience; in-house experience ideally within FMCG.
  • Proven success in recruiting for a variety of roles, including blue-collar and corporate roles.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your sourcing strategies help attract passive talent and your curiosity drives results.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills, can quickly build relationships and influence at all levels, and you are comfortable acting as an advisor to stakeholders.
