Reporting to the Head of Talent, this role plays a critical role in embedding talent attraction, selection, and retention strategies while partnering with our Operations teams.

Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across our operations team in WA/SA.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand and anticipate current and future workforce requirements and align with proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Generate monthly reports highlighting key data and insights to assist the business in making commercial decisions.
  • Provide hiring leader training and coaching to ensure alignment with best practices and the delivery of a fair and equitable recruitment process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our company culture and values, and by providing immersive brand experiences.
  • Develop relationships with external recruitment partners, including colleges, schools, and other talent acquisition vendors.
  • Champion transformation initiatives to drive continuous improvement across your portfolio and the business.
  • Support/champion ad-hoc talent projects as outlined in the TA strategy.

Success Profile

  • 3+ years' end-to-end recruitment expertise in an internal talent acquisition function.
  • Experience supporting the development and facilitation of early career programs (Apprentice Program expertise highly desirable).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience developing targeted and proactive sourcing strategies in industries with skills shortages.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS platforms
  • Experience across operational transformation, automation, and employer branding is highly desirable.
  • Occasional interstate travel is required
