What's on Offer
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join an established not-for-profit organisation and their team. As a key member of the finance team and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the business, the Finance Business Partner will provide an oversight of the financial operations and compliance of the organisation.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CFO, the individual will support in leading a transformative project focused on enhancing the operational efficiency of the finance team. There is ample opportunity to take ownership of pivotal financial functions, while provide high-quality customer service to stakeholders.

As the Finance Business Partner your key responsibilities will include:

  • Blend of management accounting & finance business partnering
  • Deliver financial reporting, planning & forecasting to support decision-making
  • Build financial literacy across the organisation & engage stakeholders

About you
 For this appointment, we are searching for an analytical and self-motivated Financial professional to lead this streamlined team through a transformative journey. Your passion for creating positive change will be embraced and celebrated.

Candidates with the following skillsets are encouraged to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, with CA / CPA certification or a master's degree being highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in award-based payroll functions ideally SCHADs Award
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Possess excellent communications skills
