About the Role

As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Tech, you'll drive building world-class Product & Technology teams. You'll partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, owning the full recruitment lifecycle—from shaping role requirements and compelling job briefs to sourcing, engaging, and securing exceptional technical talent aligned with ROLLER's vision and values.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, using your knowledge of the tech talent market to guide best practices, provide market insights, and shape strategies that attract top talent. You'll manage both active sourcing and passive engagement to fill current roles and build a pipeline for the future.

This is a hands-on and strategic role where you'll contribute to employer branding, candidate experience, and innovative sourcing. You'll collaborate with global teams, promote our EVP, and help scale a product that brings joy to millions. Based in our Sydney office, this role offers a hybrid model—three days in-office and two days working from home.

Why ROLLER?

At ROLLER, you'll shape the future of our Product & Tech teams, work on exciting challenges, and partner with leaders across the globe to attract top tech talent. You'll provide ongoing guidance, market insights, and strategic advice on role design and industry trends. You'll have the opportunity to influence global hiring strategies, strengthen our employer brand, and grow with a high-growth company while collaborating with a dynamic Talent Acquisition team.

We offer a collaborative, high-energy environment with opportunities for learning and development, plus a supportive benefits package.
