This role is more than managing a portfolio; it's an opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing team while actively contributing to the expansion of our rental property portfolio.


About the Role

  • Full end-to-end portfolio management, supported by a dedicated property manager and growing team
  • Lead our team while overseeing a small portfolio of residential properties
  • Building genuine, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Converting warm leads into new management and growing the rental portfolio
  • Prospecting new listings through networking and referrals
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Driving process improvements and leveraging technology for efficient service

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management
  • Strong understanding of QLD tenancy legislation
  • Exceptional communication skills and a genuine client-focused approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or License, driver's license, and full working rights
