As our Business Manager, you'll be the key link between our financial institutions and clients, guiding them through the loan application process and helping them secure the right financial solutions. You'll evaluate creditworthiness, explain loan options, and ensure compliance throughout the lending process.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness
  • Interview clients to gather financial information and determine their needs
  • Recommend appropriate loan products and explain terms clearly
  • Process loan documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate records and track loan performance
  • Build strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
  • Stay informed on lending policies, industry trends, and regulatory changes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager, Credit Analyst, or similar role
  • Solid understanding of lending procedures, credit regulations, and financial documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of integrity
