EREA Colleges Ltd invites applications for the role of Business Manager, St Teresa's College, Abergowrie. 

The Business Manager role is a key leadership position that will both support this transition and ensure the effective stewardship of resources, facilities, and operations into he future. Working in close partnership with the Executive Principal, Campus Principal and forming part of the College Leadership Team, the Business Manager will contribute to the strategic and operational growth of the college, guiding long-term sustainability to ensure St Teresa's College continues to deliver excellent educational opportunities and outcomes.

St Teresa's College is a Catholic boarding school for boys in Years 7–12, located on the Herbert River, just outside Ingham, North Queensland.

Founded in the 1930s as an agricultural college, the school has a proud history of educating and forming young men.

With its extensive facilities, boarding village, multiple sporting fields and courts, swimming pool and many other educational facilities, St Teresa's provides a unique environment where first nations boys are encouraged to grow in knowledge, faith, and character. The College is committed to delivering high-quality education, pastoral care, and cultural opportunities for young men, many of whom come from rural and remote communities.

Located in a green and lush district near Ingham, Abergowrie offers a wonderfully relaxed rural lifestyle surrounded by sugarcane fields, the Great Dividing Range and dense rainforest areas. With easy access to the Great Barrier Reef and the vibrant regional centres of North Queensland and Far-North Queensland, working at Abergowrie provides an outstanding opportunity for real adventure while making a significant contribution to the lives of young people.

Preferred location is Abergowrie. Hybrid model from Townsville or other locations will be considered. Accommodation available.

Remuneration

Circa $150,000 per annum + superannuation
