Responsibilities:

As a Business Development & Account Manager at YourPorter, your focus will be working closely with real estate agents to introduce our value proposition, convert them to using YourPorter as their exclusive utility connections provider, and nurture the relationship to create loyal clients. You will be managing the office relationships around Townsville and surrounding regions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with real estate directors and staff.
  • Actively prospecting and generating new clients through various channels.
  • Demonstrating a hunter mentality and enjoying the challenge of securing new business.
  • Presenting the YourPorter service and effectively communicating its benefits to potential clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Managing client relationships on an ongoing basis to ensure client satisfaction and create mutual value.
  • Being organised and thorough in tracking leads, sales activities, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales or real estate experience is highly favourable.
  • Naturally energetic with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the value of YourPorter to potential clients.
  • Tenacity and persistence to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage a pipeline of leads and clients effectively.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to client's needs, providing tailored solutions.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
