Role Purpose
The role is designed to provide the CEO with a trusted right-hand, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution on priorities, while maintaining operational discipline within the Family Office.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Execution & Coordination
- Serve as the CEO's principal support, ensuring directives are communicated clearly and executed promptly.
- Liaise directly with the CIO, CFO, COO, GC, and other executives to ensure CEO instructions are implemented.
- Oversee the organisation of meetings, recruitment processes, and other initiatives by coordinating between the Office Secretary and the relevant executive chief.
- Track actions assigned by the CEO to senior leaders, following up to ensure progress and accountability.
Leadership & Oversight
- Manage and oversee the Office Secretary/Administrator, ensuring all administrative and scheduling functions align with the CEO's requirements.
- Act as a bridge between administrative staff and senior executives, keeping operations efficient and aligned.
- Ensure staff and executives remain accountable to deadlines, tasks, and standards set by the CEO.
Operational Management
- Coordinate recruitment logistics when directed by the CEO, ensuring candidate meetings, documentation, and executive involvement are well organised.
- Oversee scheduling, travel, and executive coordination to optimise the CEO's time and focus.
- Ensure that meeting notes, action items, and outcomes are recorded, communicated, and followed through.
Governance & Communication
- Draft, review, and circulate correspondence, reports, and documentation on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain strong internal communication channels between the CEO and the leadership team.
- Safeguard confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive Family Office and business matters.
Execution Support
- Work alongside the chiefs to resolve issues and remove obstacles to the CEO's agenda.
- Monitor progress of strategic and operational initiatives, escalating concerns to the CEO when necessary.
- Provide hands-on support to ensure the Family Office runs to the CEO's standard of professionalism and efficiency.

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with C-suite executives.
- Discretion, integrity, and resilience in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive executor who can translate vision into action and follow through to completion.
