Your new opportunity
We are recruiting an experienced People and Culture Manager, to join and lead their existing People & Culture team based at the head office in Perth, 15 minutes from Launceston. 
 
The Manager – People and Culture contributes to the success of the Eskleigh Foundation by developing, implementing and maintaining a framework for human resource activities & processes, workforce capacity building, employee engagement & satisfaction, staff progression & advancement and performance management. The Manager – People and Culture is primarily responsible for working with the CEO to implement strategic initiatives for staff recruitment & retention, workplace culture and performance management.
 
Your skills and experience include
Demonstrated experience and success in senior HR roles;
Demonstrated success in implementing cultural change programs and employee engagement initiatives;
Demonstrated success in managing projects;
Strong analytical skills;
The ability to influence and coach people to achieve goals and success; 
High level communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
High level of knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel
