
Behaviour Support Specialist, Windsor Allied Health

Windsor Allied Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our award-winning practice in a contractor capacity. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of NDIS participants, while enjoying the flexibility, autonomy, and support of a collaborative team.
The PositionAs a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:
- Conduct functional assessments and provide evidence-based interventions.
- Develop person-centred behaviour support plans in line with NDIS guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech pathologists, and other allied health professionals.
- Liaise effectively with families, carers, educators, and support coordinators to deliver holistic care.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Standards and relevant ethical frameworks.
- Monitor outcomes, maintain accurate records, and refine interventions to achieve the best possible results.
We are looking for practitioners with
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Psychology, Behaviour Analysis, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or related field),
- NDIS registration as a behaviour support practitioner
- Demonstrated experience working in disability or mental health settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and self-motivation are essential for this contractor role.
