About The Role
To support principals and school leaders through processes and legislative requirements to identify, manage and resolve underperformance issues, including the facilitation of complex case management support involving a number of stakeholders.

Essential
We are looking for:

  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with a registration Status – Employment

Desirable

  • Membership of a relevant professional organisation
  • The completion of tertiary qualifications in a Human Resources Management or relevant field, or a significant background in Human Resources Management.
