What You'll Be Doing:· Assisting with contract preparation, review, and administration
· Supporting procurement and subcontractor coordination
· Tracking budgets, variations, and project timelines
· Maintaining compliance and documentation standards
· Learning the ins and outs of project delivery from experienced professionals
What You'll Bring:· A genuine interest in construction and contract management
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Great communication and teamwork abilities
· A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
· Tertiary qualifications in construction management, business, or a related field (or currently studying)
· Australian work rights or valid work visa required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for budget tracking and reporting
· Basic understanding of construction contracts and industry terminology (training provided)
