
Project Controller

An exciting Full Time - Permanent opportunity exists for a Project Controller to join our dynamic Energy Solutions team based in Wacol.
Energy Solutions supplies energy storage, microgrid solutions, generator sets for continuous power, prime power, emergency standby power, and mobile applications, as well as efficiency-optimising solutions that integrate cogeneration systems.
This is your chance to take ownership of project coordination, financial planning, and customer account management across our projects. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting project delivery, procurement, and service transitions while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Manage customer accounts and contracts across Energy Solutions projects
- Support Project Managers with logistics, procurement, and cost control
- Coordinate supplier purchase orders and invoice administration
- Track project schedules and allocate inventory
- Assist in planning and resourcing Service Level Agreements
- Generate and distribute customer and project reports
- Maintain project document control and contribute to safety initiatives
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Reconcile project financials and participate in client meetings
About You:
- Proven experience in project administration or control, ideally in Power Generation
- Strong commercial acumen and technical savviness
- Finance administration and procurement expertise
- Skilled in project planning tools and reporting systems
- Excellent customer relationship management
- Competency in Microsoft Suite and project planning software
- Passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement
