Test Analyst

**Position Intel**:
We're looking for a motivated Test Analyst who is looking to grow their career in a collaborative and forever growing team. You'll be working closely with the Quality Assurance Team Leader and help path the way for Automation as well as being responsible for providing other test services, including test preparation and execution, fault reporting, and helping to implement business systems across the Sealy International group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Development, Business Analysis & Implementation, and Support teams to ensure delivery of technology solutions that exceed expectations.
- Design, develop, and execute manual testing (End to End, Regression, System, Systems Integration Testing, Application, Mobile apps testing highly desirable)
- Performing functional, non-functional testing as well as API testing
- Working in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid test methodologies
- Developing test cases/scripts and reports
- Execute system test activities, including automation and assisting the business and users in carrying out UAT testing
- Preparing documentation such as User Guides and manuals

**About You**:

- 3 - 5 years' in QA or Software Testing experience (including Automation)
- Strong SQL skills
- Testing qualification (e.g. ISTQB) desirable
- Ability to work across multiple methodologies
- Experience in Business Analysis, automation, performance or security testing
- Clear written and Verbal communication
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to enhance your career with support and guidance.

**Salary/Benefits**:_$80,000 - $90,000 + Super_
