**The Opportunity**:
Are you a passionate and innovative Contracts and Fleet Manager? Komatsu is looking for someone like you to join our team in Wacol. In this critical role, you will ensure the success of our contracts and manage our fleet, ensuring all contract conditions are executed professionally and on time.

You'll provide insightful reports on contract performance and be the go-to person for project managers, providing support and training where necessary. You'll manage contract administration, including document preparation and adjustment, while maintaining impeccable attention to detail. Your communication skills will shine as you liaise with stakeholders on new contracts and amendments.

With your expertise, you'll provide support and backfilling at contract mine sites, including R&M Care, AX Case processing, and more. This is a varied role in which you’ll never be bored as you'll hit the road and travel to site, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining our commitment to investing in our people and fleet.

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Experienced in financial aspects of maintenance contracts, Contract Law, & tender documents interpretation.
- Skilled in administration, database management, and Microsoft systems.
- Good understanding of Workplace Health, Safety, and Environment issues.
- Conscientious attitude, attention to detail, and well-developed communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible to undertake projects outside normal scope of work and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Coal Board Medical and S11 required for mine site induction.
