Rocklea Truck Parts – Rocklea, QLD

We are seeking a Truck Sales Coordinator/Admin to join our team in Rocklea. This is a fast-paced role supporting our truck sales operations, and we're looking for someone with industry knowledge who can hit the ground running.

Pay: $35 – $40 per hour

Hours: Negotiable (preferably 7:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the truck sales process
  • Prepare contracts and invoicing
  • Maintain and update CRM system
  • Stock control and data entry
  • General administration duties, including entering invoices
  • Registering and deregistering trucks
  • Marketing support, including social media marketing
  • Provide sales support to the team
  • Manage emails and communication efficiently

Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Current driver's licence
  • Must live local
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Previous truck industry knowledge/experience is essential
