Position: Part Time Showroom Consultant

Location: Cremone Showroom, Casa Blanco

Working Days: This role requires availability to work both weekend days, plus Monday and Tuesday, and either Friday or Wednesday.

Casa Blanco, a rapidly expanding luxury furniture brand, is currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time Showroom Consultant in our Cremorne showroom. Our brand is renowned for its dynamic growth, high-quality luxury furniture, and a strong commitment to excellence and innovation. Responsibilities:

  • Engage with, assist, and advise clients and designers visiting the showroom, ensuring a premium customer experience reflective of the Casa Blanco brand.
  • Support daily showroom operations, including visual merchandising and maintaining an inspiring environment for clients and team members alike.
  • Generate invoices and process in-store orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the team's success by meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to a positive, dynamic team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated interest in design, furniture, and interiors, with a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
  • Proven customer service experience, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Design experience is preferred, showcasing an understanding of design principles and trends in luxury furniture and interiors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Working days: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
