Job Title: Showroom Consultant

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact customer-facing team managing a luxury showroom in Melbourne. As a Showroom Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for all customers, guiding them through a hands-on product experience and supporting both consumer and business sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the in-showroom experience for B2C customers, offering tailored consultations and demonstrations
  • Respond to inbound B2B leads from the website and drive opportunity through follow-up
  • Manage sales queries, quoting and order processing via CRM
  • Deliver premium customer service across all touchpoints (phone, email, in-person)
  • Maintain showroom visual standards, displays and merchandising
  • Provide post sale follow up, gather customer feedback and help shape ongoing improvements
  • Contribute to product events, launches and training activities when required
  • Support the General Manager with day-to-day showroom operations and admin
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in retail, showroom or customer-facing sales
  • Strong communicator, confident in both face-to-face and phone-based conversations
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working autonomously and owning the full showroom experience
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • CRM experience, and a comfort with digital platforms
