Showroom Consultant – Luxaflex & Interiors - Brighton

With 105 years in the business, we are a well established, family-run interiors company, looking for a new showroom consultant to join our showroom in Brighton.  Part time – 3 days per week.

Working within a busy team of 8, you will provide valuable administration support and face to face customer service.  Ideally you will share your colleagues flare and passion for interiors/decorating. 

Duties will include:

  • Assist clients to make great choices and select products that transform their homes
  • Following up on and completing quotes
  • Answering phones and managing inquiries
  • Making appointments and managing diaries
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Tracking/managing multiple orders – liaising with workrooms, fabric showrooms, clients, installers

The successful candidate will be:

  • Highly organised
  • Thrive in a busy environment
  • Excellent PC skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Immaculate presentation and excellent phone manner
  • A passion for fabrics and decoration
  • Have a genuine interest in providing the best product solution for the customer
  • Warm and friendly with a positive outlook on life
  • Demonstrated administration experience within the industry would be an advantage
  • Looking to establish a long-term career within a business
