Do you have a flair for design, colour and style? At Yarrabee & Castlemaine Stone, we're looking for a Showroom Sales Consultant to help customers bring their design ideas to life with natural stone. Based in our Oakleigh East showroom, you'll work with homeowners, landscapers and designers, guiding them on product choices that balance aesthetics with practicality. It's a chance to be part of Melbourne's most established stone supplier and work with materials that shape stunning homes and outdoor spaces.

About the Role

Your day will include:

  • Helping customers choose the right stone products for their home or landscape project
  • Offering guidance on colour, texture, and style (or installation and application if you're from a trade background)
  • Handling walk-in customers, phone and email enquiries
  • Providing quotes and coordinating with warehouse and logistics
  • Maintaining the look and feel of the showroom and sample displays

About You

This role suits either:

  • A person with a flair for design, interiors, landscaping or outdoor styling, OR
  • A hands-on professional with building or landscaping experience who can speak confidently about installation methods and product suitability.

You'll also need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail and follow-up
  • Confidence learning a product range and managing enquiries
  • Comfort working Saturdays (on a rotating roster with team

Natural stone or tile industry experience is a bonus - but not required. We provide full training.
