Your new role:As our next Showroom Sales Consultant, you'll:

  • Welcome builders, renovators, and retail customers into our Carrum Downs branch.
  • Guide customers through bathroom, kitchen, and laundry product selections.
  • Create quotes, process orders, and manage accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with local builders, suppliers, and retail clients.
  • Take a proactive sales approach, bringing in new business opportunities.
  • Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri 8:30am–4:30pm + Saturday mornings (4 hrs, paid at overtime rates).

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Showroom/trade sales experience (plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens, or related industries) OR a proven sales/account management background with a hunter mentality.
  • A strong customer focus and solutions-based selling skills.
  • Have an adaptable, "can do" mindset to support a small but high-performing team.
  • A current driver's licence and Australian working rights.
