The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven
Sales Manager at Seven
to take responsibility and accountability for the performance and management of the
Toowoomba
sales office.
Reporting directly to the
State Sales Manager, i
n this role, you'll manage a team, drive revenue, and maintain and grow the client base for
Toowoomba.
What you'll do:
- Take ownership of daily operations and guiding a passionate sales team to success while delivering revenue and share targets.
- Develop and execute insight-led business plans, managing campaigns, and push best-in-market performance with a strong focus on NPS growth.
- Strengthen relationships with our clients, agencies, and partners. Create tailored engagement plans, drive exceptional service.
- Provide insightful weekly reports and market updates to leadership teams.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with your team and stakeholders and foster a high-performance, inclusive environment.
What you'll bring:
You are driven, proactive, and collaborative with a deep passion for all things media, TV, and digital. You possess strong interpersonal skills and value delivering outcomes that focus on achieving targets and client satisfaction. You'll also have:
- Prior experience in sales (ideally media)
- Exceptional commercial acumen with a strong history of building client partnerships
- Proven leadership skills with an ability to build and develop a cohesive sales team.
- Strong network in the Toowoomba area will be highly regarded
