We're on the hunt for a motivated and savvy Ruminant / Feedlot Sales Manager to take the lead and drive our business forward in Australia.

The Gig:

This isn't your average desk job. You'll be the driving force behind our feedlot business, spending your time where it counts – out in the field, building connections, and making things happen.

A day in the life might see you:

  • Championing the business: You'll be the go-to person for our key distributors, consultants, integrators, and, most importantly, the producers themselves.
  • Getting your boots dusty: Hitting the road to visit customers, understanding their unique challenges, and delivering solutions that add real value to their operations.
  • Shaping the strategy: You won't just be selling; you'll be developing and rolling out clever sales and marketing plans that get people talking.
  • Making your mark: You'll have the autonomy to develop a winning feedlot strategy, build momentum, and smash your sales targets.
  • Being the face of the brand: Representing us at industry events and field days, sharing your knowledge and building our network.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

We're looking for someone who gets the industry and can connect with people from the sale yards to the boardroom.

  • You know your stuff: You have a solid understanding of ruminant nutrition, health, and Australian feedlot production systems. A relevant degree (Ag Science, Vet, etc.) would be ideal.
  • You're a natural relationship builder: People are your passion. You can yarn with anyone, listen to their needs, and build trust effortlessly.
  • You've got business smarts: You're comfortable with numbers, can spot a market trend, and know how to put together a plan to achieve your goals.
  • You're a self-starter: You've got energy, drive, and the resourcefulness to manage your territory and time effectively without someone looking over your shoulder.
  • You're a straight shooter: You communicate clearly, handle objections with ease, and act with integrity.
