About the Role:

You'll be the first point of contact for customers in our Toowoomba dealership, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring their experience is seamless from enquiry to handover. No two days are the same – from handling showroom and phone enquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating deliveries, to supporting your colleagues across the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with sales enquiries in-person, online, and by phone
  • Generate quotes, process sales documentation, and follow up leads
  • Provide support to the wider sales team and management as needed
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and customer handovers
  • Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle displays
  • Liaise with workshop staff and suppliers to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (automotive or related industries highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM or dealership systems experience a plus)
  • Current manual driver's licence (HR or forklift licence advantageous)
