Project Administrator

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with people. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our employees have a seamless onboarding and mobilisation experience, while supporting both our site teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partnering with site reps and the recruitment team to deliver an exceptional onboarding journey
* Coordinating flights and accommodation with Client logistics so travel is smooth and stress-free
* Working closely with employees to allocate both ad-hoc and ongoing work
* Proactively sourcing from our internal resource pool to fill Client vacancies
* Tracking Client E-Learning to make sure every candidate is fully compliant before mobilisation
* Preparing accurate documentation and reporting at the request of Operations and the Client
* Managing the Onboarding inbox and ensuring tasks are actioned promptly
* Maintaining company and Client databases with up-to-date information
* PPE ordering and management
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume administration or Mobilisation environment
* Resources industry experience is a bonus, but not essential — we welcome talent from all industries
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365 will be highly regarded
* Strong organisational and administration skills, with a sharp eye for detail
* Full working rights in Australia and must live in Perth
* The ability to prioritise and deliver high-quality work while staying flexible when priorities shift
* Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the confidence to build strong relationships at all levels
* A self-starter who can work independently while also being a supportive team player
