We are seeking a **Project Administrator** to join the team at the **Rye Park Windfarm** to support the business with administrative duties. This is a part time, 12-month fixed term role, offering 20-30 hours a week. Reporting into the Project Manager, you will be responsible for quick and efficient completion of key administrative tasks. Working days are negotiable as is the option for a Hybrid working environment. There is also the option to be contracted to Hanson and paid under your own ABN.

**Key duties**:

- General administrative duties such as processing paperwork, filing, archiving etc
- Constructing Weekly and monthly reports to contractors to fulfil onsite obligations
- Ensuring compliance of plant, equipment & vehicles for onsite use
- Maintaining records in online databases eg. Microsoft share point & shared drives
- Ensuring all safety records are up to date onsite
- Performing other administrative support as may be defined by management

**Skills and experience**:

- Intermediate in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data input
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- SAP experience preferred however, not essential
