We need an agile and highly efficient Project Administrator to support the CEO Engineering and the wider engineering team. If you have the organisation skills of an EA, thrive in a 'hands on' role working across multiple projects and love working as part of a team this could be the next step in your career....
**What you will be doing...**
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Facilitating communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned
- Scheduling project meetings, appointments, and resource allocation to optimize project timelines.
- Preparing & distributing regular project status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and potential issues
- Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and assisting in financial reporting.
- Assisting in identifying and documenting project risks and issues, and work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies
- Supporting the procurement process by coordinating the acquisition of materials and services required for the project
- Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and perform quality checks as necessary
- Providing administrative support as needed, including arranging travel, preparing presentations, and organizing project Collaborating closely with team members to ensure that project objectives are met and maintained.

- Qualification in Business Administration or related area or equivalent work experience.
- Preferrable to have Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working as part of an engineering team desirable
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles is a plus.
