**Job Title: Project Administrator - Residential Maintenance Services**
**Department**: Operations
**Reports To**: Chief Executive Officer
**Location**: Adelaide, South Australia
**Job Purpose**
The Project Administrator oversees execution and development functions for residential maintenance services, focusing on safety, staff management, and operational efficiency. This role is crucial in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs while ensuring smooth operations across various service categories, including cleaning, plumbing, electrical, handyman, aged care equipment installation and maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and maintain company policies, including safety, staff, management, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with South Australian regulations
- Maintain police checks, licenses, and insurances for contractors and company staff as per current Aged Care regulations
- Create and update standard operational procedures for different service categories
- Design and conduct staff training programs, including for international students
- Coordinate project activities, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Perform business analysis to improve operational efficiency and service quality
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and handle variations to work orders
- Collect and analyse project data, reporting outcomes to management
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in the home maintenance and aged care sectors
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to quality assurance processes development and implementation
- Assist with procurement of materials and equipment as needed
**Qualifications**
- Diploma or higher qualifications in business Analytics, Project Management
- Qualification in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Project Management, and Data Acquisition
- Qualification or coursework in Gerontology and Biomechanics
**Skills and Competencies**
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in project management software, automations tools, MS Office suite, and FSM (field service management software)
- Understanding occupational health and safety regulations
- Understanding of aged care equipment and services
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- Proficiency in Portuguese is requiredas it aligns with the current staff profile and can enhance team communication and collaboration
**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration
- Minimum 3 years experience in cleaning industry in Australia
- Background in business analysis
- Experience in home maintenance, cleaning, or aged care industry preferred
- Familiarity with training and policy development
- Knowledge of current migration legislation regarding visa requirements
**Working Conditions**
- Full-time position, role involves flexible hours
- Office-based, on-site work, site visits to assess project progress or conduct training
**Additional Requirements**
- Valid driver's license
- Successful completion of National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Yellow Card (Elevated platform training) preferable
Pay: $73,200.00 per year
