UE Capital is a growing residential property developer focused on delivering high-quality homes and sustainable communities. We manage projects from site acquisition through to construction and handover.


As the Finance & Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping both the financial and administrative side of the business running smoothly. You'll manage daily financial processes, support project cost tracking, and ensure the office environment is well-organized and efficient. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with experience in finance and a solid understanding of the property or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Duties:

  • Handle accounts, including invoice processing and supplier payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records for each development project
  • Manage staff expense reimbursements
  • Liaise with external accountants for year-end accounts and audits

Office Administration Duties:

  • Manage office supplies, systems, and equipment
  • Maintain filing systems for financial, legal, and project-related documents (digital and paper-based)
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events as needed
  • Support Directors and Project Managers with general administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, license, and document deadlines

Key Requirements:

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar finance or office admin role
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Xero)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Desirable:

  • AAT qualified or similar finance certification
  • Experience working in a property development, real estate, or construction business
