As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to join our leadership team and oversee day-to-day service operations across all our programs.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and Directors, the Operations Manager will play a key leadership role in ensuring that all Wattle Healthcare services run efficiently, compliantly and in alignment with our organisational values.

You will oversee team leaders across Home Care, NDIS, and Rostering, manage day-to-day operational performance, and ensure the highest quality of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations across NDIS, Home Care, and Community Nursing programs
  • Supervise and support department leads (Rostering, Admin, Home Care, Support Coordination)
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Oversee staff performance, training, and development
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Manage rosters, and service delivery KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, plan managers, and external stakeholders
  • Report regularly to the CEO/Directors on operations, risks, and improvement plans

About You

You are an experienced leader with a strong understanding of the NDIS and Home Care sectors, who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving.

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated leadership or management experience in NDIS, Home Care, or Community Services
  • Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and operational compliance
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and empathy
  • Confident using technology, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office tools

Desirable:

  • Qualification in Management, Health, or Community Services
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a care environment
