We are currently seeking a Program Administration Assistant who shares our passion for equity and inclusion, and who is motivated to provide exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

As the Program Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role, helping our team deliver life-changing programs to individuals from diverse and often vulnerable backgrounds. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate participant services, and ensure that program activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of program participants and outcomes.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Assist with client onboarding, document collection, and data entry.
  • Liaise with community partners, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to participant inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Help ensure program compliance with internal policies and funding requirements.

You are an organized and compassionate individual who understands the importance of inclusive support services. You are comfortable working with sensitive information and interacting with individuals from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or program support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
