The Role:

As our Administration/ Property Management Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, tenants and visitors. Your role is essential in creating a warm, professional atmosphere while supporting our sales and property management teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting clients with a friendly, helpful manner
  • Managing emails and general office correspondence
  • Co-ordinating appointments and maintaining front office presentation
  • Supporting agents and property managers with administrative duties
  • Handling keys, mail, deliveries, and general enquiries
  • Have high attention to detail and strong computer skills
  • Assist team members with administration work
  • Corporate presentation
  • Attend all training and meetings as required
  • Be proactive, punctual and reliable

About You

  • Good standard of communication with attention to detail.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Proficient computer software skills.
  • High standard of presentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Can apply tenancy legislation under direction.
  • Valid Driver Licence
  • Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
