Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Car Sales Manager located in western Sydney, NSW. The New Car Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes developing sales strategies, working with customers to understand their needs, and facilitating New vehicle sales when necessary. Additionally, the New Car Sales Manager will be responsible for training staff and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, including New Car Sales
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Knowledge of Sales Processes and effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
