Manager New Business Sales

In this fast-paced role you'll work closely with the Master Franchise Owner to win new business and lead and develop the sales team in the thriving commercial cleaning industry.

Where you'll come from
Experience in a structured new-business-sales environment is essential.
Exposure to franchising or commercial cleaning would be an advantage but not critical.
This is a mobile/WFH position but proximity to Parramatta and Western Sydney will be convenient
What you'll be doing
- Scripted door-to-door office introductions, follow-ups, office inspections and franchise inductions.
- Daily check-ins with your team, training and culture development.
- Key account management, setting service standards, resolving compliance issues and escalating concerns as required
- Accurate documentation and reporting
