Where you'll come from

Experience in a structured new-business-sales environment is essential.

Exposure to franchising or commercial cleaning would be an advantage but not critical.

This is a mobile/WFH position but proximity to Parramatta and Western Sydney will be convenient

What you'll be doing

  • Scripted door-to-door office introductions, follow-ups, office inspections and franchise inductions.
  • Daily check-ins with your team, training and culture development.
  • Key account management, setting service standards, resolving compliance issues and escalating concerns as required
  • Accurate documentation and reporting
